after walking from Petrolia to SF, i took 2 wks off to support the bhikkunis at a female ordaining monastery in Petaluma, then skipped to Oakland to do some writing/housesitting at a friend’s. will spend nov-dec in community. start walking again in February (Tulsa to New Orleans). i think this will be my last “break.” emotionally they are hard.
My first was 13. Then 31. Then still going.
