I’ve discovered a short cut to elation. I wake up grumpy but say thank you, thank you for life anyway. Then I say it some more. And pretty soon I’m less grumpy. And eventually I start to feel little spurts of elation. It's always in there somewhere. Thanks for your lovely post about this elusive topic. ☺️

Beautiful post! Always enjoy your timing and pacing of words and music. Elation is a great subject and I could feel the moment you described after picking apples.

I still read the news and at the same time find elation even though that may sound surprising! A friend shared Patti Smith leading a bunch of folks singing PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER and it was simply elating!

I hate it when I don't see a comment/reply until days and days later! But, it's also a fun surprise!

“Not reading the stupid news is elationary or atleast preparatory for elationary.” I love this! Let’s find more and more ways to prepare ourselves for the elationary (which likely involves removing more and more from our lives we think we need for said elation!)

You might want to check out the podcast Telepathy Tapes. It’s currently blowing my mind and very much in line with what you just shared in your reply to me!
